While we hope that you are always entirely satisfied with your order, we understand that there are occasions where you may want to return items.
Simply complete the returns form using the link below and enclose it with the items and post them back to:
Items must be returned within 10 days of receipt to qualify for a refund. Please ensure that all items are packaged securely and we recommend that you use insured registered delivery and keep that you the receipt.
We will not accept liabilty for goods lost or damaged in transit.
Please ensure all items returned are unused with all tags still attached. Any items returned in a non-sellable condition will not be accepted.
Please allow 3-5 working days once the goods have reached us, to give us time to process your returns. Any returns received after 10 days, can no longer be processed.
The customer is responsible for any costs incurred for return of goods.
We are not responsible for any interest charges made by your credit card company whilst waiting for returns to be refunded to your card.
