HOW DO I SUCCESSFULLY PAY FOR MY ORDER?

When you have decided on the products that you wish to purchase you will be directed to the checkout page. Here you have two options to pay for your products. You can pay directly by card or by using Pay Pal. Make sure to enter any coupons that may be applicable to your order.

I NEED TO RETURN A PRODUCT. WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return the item to us within 10 days. Simply go to the Returns Section on this site and download the Returns Form.

HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER HAS GONE THROUGH & PAYMENT HAS BEEN CONFIRMED?

When you process your order in the checkout, the page will notify you if your payment has been accepted or denied. If you are paying via direct credit you will receive an email from Tots Amazing with the account name and number for you to transfer the money into. Once your payment has been received you will receive an email confirming that your order is now being processed and an email once your order has been dispatched.


I DID NOT RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL WHEN I PLACED MY ORDER. WHY NOT?

A confirmation email is sent to you automatically at check out. This confirmation email will provide you with a copy of your order, a payment receipt and your order number. If you do not receive a confirmation email it means that you may have incorrectly entered your email address.

Please email: support@totsamazing.ie and we will correct your email address and send a copy of your confirmation email out to you.


DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Currently we are shipping to Ireland, the UK and Europe. Please refer to the Shipping & Delivery page for further information.


WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DISPATCHED?

We aim to have your order processed as soon as we can, usually within 48 hours.

Please allow:  5 – 10 business days for delivery of your order.
Around public holiday periods - please allow a few extra working days.
During the Christmas period - please expect delivery to take a little longer than usual.


WHAT HAPPENS IF AN ITEM I PURCHASED SELLS OUT & BECOMES UNAVAILABLE?

This is not a likely occurrence, however, sometimes we run out of stock after your shopping cart has been submitted. We try to avoid this frustration as much as possible. If this does happen to you, you will receive an email or phone call from us stating the product that is out of stock and whether you would like to exchange it for another product – with some options for you to choose from, or receive a refund.


IF I HAVE ORDERED THE WRONG PRODUCT WHAT CAN I DO?

In the case of ordering the wrong item you will need to let us know ASAP by emailing support@totsamazing.ie where our customer service team will resolve this immediately.


DO YOU TAKE GIFT VOUCHERS ONLINE?

If someone has purchased a gift card from our site, it can be used to purchase items from our online store. Please email our customer service team at support@totsamazing.ie & quote the reference number on your gift card.

Gift Cards must be used to their full value in one transaction.
